All public use of this facility must be arranged with the Pavilion Committee or Town of Elcho. Contact treasurer.townofelcho@gmail.com
1. “Pavilion Use Forms” will be available each year by contacting the Elcho Town Treasurer by emailing (treasurer.townofelcho@gmail.com), or by checking the Town of Elcho website at www.townofelcho.com.
2. Pavilion Use Forms must be returned to the Elcho Town Treasurer by March 7th of 2026, with the $10.00 application fee and the $10.00 per use fee. (make check payable to Town of Elcho) Mail to: Elcho Clerk/Treasurer, P.O. BOX 206, Elcho, WI, 54428 or place in the drobox outside the hall entrance. If fee is not received in full, you will not be included in the drawing.
3. Selection of Pavilion users and dates will be made on Saturday March 7th, 2026 at 10:00 am, at the Elcho Town Hall, and will be presented to the Elcho Town Board at their March meeting for approval. Please plan on attending the selection meeting on 3/07/2026 if you have any questions on the selection process.
