Dog License Application.docxWisconsin Law requires that all dogs must have rabies inoculation and be licensed annually. Dog licenses can be purchased from the town office. If you have a dog to be licensed, click on the link at the right to print the application or contact the office at townofelcho@gmail.com or by phone at 715-275-3309, to obtain a copy.
ALL LICENCES ARE DUE BY MARCH 31ST OR SUBJECT TO LATE FEE'S
Subject to Wisconsin Statute Chapter 174, you are required to include a copy of your Rabies Vaccine Certificate from your Veterinarian. Failure to do so will prohibit processing of you application.
